This position requires a logical, professional approach, strong workmanship, and the ability to adapt quickly to operational needs. Shift Pattern Days 6am to 6pm Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week B: Wednesday, Thursday Nights 6pm to 6am Week C: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week D: Wednesday, Thursday Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs to high engineering standards. Complete corrective actions and accurately record all work on the sites CMMS. Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting. Demonstrate a positive work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. Build effective working relationships across all site functions. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing setting. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
