As a Community Manager, you will lead and develop our specialist advocates delivering contracts in these areas. Your responsibilities will include working closely with vulnerable adults, often with profound and multiple needs. You will ensure clients' voices are heard and they are involved in decisions affecting their lives. By fostering strong partnerships with colleagues, clients, and professionals, you will provide high-quality support and guidance. Hours of Work: Part-time: 33.3 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Location: Home based with travel around North and West Northampton and the surrounding area.
