Estimator / Senior Estimator - Geotechnical Engineering
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in securing achievable and profitable work for the company by building and maintaining strong networks with clients, subcontractors, and industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key contacts to secure a strong and sustainable pipeline of work.
Review and assess tender documentation, ensuring that bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company objectives.
Assimilate and analyse large volumes of information efficiently and accurately to prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals.
Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines in a high-demand environment.
Support the bid and project delivery teams by providing accurate cost and commercial information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, contract conditions, and pricing trends relevant to the site investigation sector.Key Requirements
Proven experience within the site investigation industry is essential.
Strong understanding of the different contract conditions used within the sector (advantageous).
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence required.What We Offer

Estimator: £38,000 - £45,000
Senior Estimator: £44,000 - £50,000
