Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Uncapped Earning Potential!! (basic salary of £25,000 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £45,000 plus Company Car!)
Working hours: (44 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 08:45 to 18:00, Saturday 08:45 to 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 15:00 (with a day off midweek and Sundays on rota basis)

Previous automotive experience is desirable, but not essential for this role, as all we ask is that you're willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out. Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. At Sheffield Ford, we have Sales Advisors specialising in Used car sales, ensuring that they comply with our FCA regulated sales process. You will be the primary contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and impeccable administration skills will contribute to your success in closing deals. You may be required to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities / Key Skills
1. Communicating effectively through all channels with all customers to ensure our high customer service levels are maintained
2. Listening to our customers wants and needs in their vehicle, and suggesting suitable vehicles
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale
5. Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
6. Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction with the process
7. Maintaining all of our minimum standards to ensure you consistently hit your KPIs
