Responsibilities
* Prepare year‑end accounts for a varied client base.
* Complete management accounts.
* Support clients with day‑to‑day financial queries.
* Review work completed by junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
* Help ensure high‑quality service is delivered consistently.
* Get involved in ad‑hoc advisory work, supporting clients through periods of growth or change.
Qualifications
* Experienced accounting professional with practice background.
* Fully qualified (ACCA/ICAS) or qualified by experience with a strong technical foundation.
* Confident preparing statutory accounts and managing multiple deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to mentor junior staff.
* Experience with cloud‑based systems such as Xero or QuickBooks beneficial but not essential.
