A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Cowbridge is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Support pupils in class, small groups, or one-to-one to help them reach their learning goals.
Assist the class teacher in preparing and setting up engaging learning resources.
Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and participation during lessons and activities.
Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to ensure they can access the curriculum.
Help with classroom organisation and maintain a positive learning environment.
Supervise pupils during playtime, lunchtime, and school events as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Enjoy working with children and helping them thrive both academically and socially.
Be patient, caring, and a strong team player.
✨ Show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Have good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
️ Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check.
Have experience or an interest in supporting pupils with ALN (training can be provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
