Responsibilities
* Role: Operations Manager – deliver high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, waste management and other contractual tasks at the client sites.
* Ensure operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.

* Manage the contract in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management are consistently achieved
* Complete budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
* Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
* Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
* Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based team
* Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues
Requirements / Qualifications
* Significant experience in operations management
* Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Good IT literacy
* Health and Safety knowledge
