Driver Hire Edinburgh West are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Livingston for an experienced Van Driver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with business supplying building materials across construction sites.
The Role
1. Delivering building materials to construction sites
2. Approx. 10 drops per day (expected to increase as the business expands)
3. Providing excellent customer service on-site
4. Ensuring safe and compliant driving at all times
Hours
5. Monday to Friday
6. 7am–5pm
7. Full-time, temp to perm position
Pay
8. ÂŁ12.50 per hour
9. Weekly pay while temp, permanent contract offered after successful 12 week period through Driver Hire
Requirements
10. Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
11. At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
12. No more than 3 penalty points
13. No CD, DD, DR, or IN endorsements
14. Reliable, punctual, and able to provide high-quality customer service
15. Physically able to handle building materials when required
