Financial Reporting
* Assist with monthly management accounts (including multi-currency reporting)
* Analyse product margin reports and investigate variances
* Support stock and inventory reporting
* Maintain financial ledgers for subsidiary companies
* Assist with year‑end, audit, and regulatory reporting
Stock & Inventory
* Reconcile stock to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
* Prepare and distribute stock ageing reports
* Support stock counts and audits
* Provide finance support to operational teams on stock‑related queries
Tax & Compliance
* Assist with VAT returns and wider tax compliance
* Support customs and duty processes
* Help prepare information for audits and regulatory submissions
Systems & Process Improvement
* Support ERP systems (Intact IQ / Business Central), particularly stock modules
* Contribute to improving finance processes and reporting accuracy
General Finance Support
* Assist with reconciliations, journals, and month‑end tasks
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis
* Build strong working relationships across the business
About You
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
* Exposure to stock or inventory accounting (desirable)
* Part‑qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) or working towards qualification (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Confident working with financial systems and Excel
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
