We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Process Lead to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting global sites with technical processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across the organisation. You will also assist with technical equipment preparation, device imaging, and general operational duties to support efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
* Test and verify technical SOPs to ensure correct functionality.
* Liaise with clients and partners to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain and update all technical SOPs, ensuring correct version control.
* Ensure all global sites have access to the correct documentation.
* Provide SOP training and technical support to teams across multiple regions.
* Collaborate with international technical support personnel to ensure process alignment.
* Assist with the technical setup of new operational locations.
* Image and prepare devices (e.g., laptops) for dispatch.
* Process returned technical equipment efficiently.
* Communicate professionally with clients via email regarding technical processes.
