Job Description
The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare menus in collaboration with management
* Cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
* Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Monitor food costs and minimize waste
* Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
