Reports to: General Site Manager Work Pattern: 5 days Monday– Friday 6am – 2:30pm (Sundays may be required as a working day on occasional basis) Salary: Depends on Experience Key Responsibilities Leading, training, and scheduling bakery staff to ensure strong team performance. Making sure all baked goods meet our quality and consistency standards. Keeping on top of stock levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies. Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace. Coordinating with other teams (decorating, dispatch etc.) to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitoring KPIs, spotting trends, and suggesting improvements. Supporting operational goals and helping drive profitability. Essential Criteria Previous experience supervising in a bakery or food production environment. Solid knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and equipment. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role. Great communication and teamwork abilities.
