We’re looking for an experienced Reception Manager, to be responsible for the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services, to include line management of the Reception team. You will work hands-on as part of the team on a daily basis ensuring a warm and friendly service to all visitors at Eastwood Park as well as providing excellent customer service to all guests and operating a busy switchboard. Previous experience as Assistant Reception Manager or Manager within the hospitality industry is essential and you will be p assionate about hospitality and the guest experience, understanding the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. In addition, we are looking for someone who has: A proactive approach to work and a positive attitude which reflects the ability to work on one’s own initiative. Exceptional communication skills in order to build strong working relationships internally and create a rapport with guests. Experience with all Microsoft Office software and confident with role specific packages (including booking and payment systems). A welcoming and friendly nature and positive demeanour. A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation. Great organisational skills and is systems-led. The role is for 37 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
