Role
As PA to the People & Culture Director, you will be the engine behind the directors day-to-day effectiveness — managing their time, communications and priorities with precision and discretion. Youll act as a trusted partner, enabling the Director to focus on strategic people initiatives across our hotel portfolio.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a complex diary and coordinate meetings, travel and events.
* Draft, proofread and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and board papers on behalf of the Director.
* Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality.
* Support the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives, including engagement events, leadership forums, and projects.
* Maintain organised filing systems, databases and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
* Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across the People & Culture team.
* Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics and learning & development scheduling.
* Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow-up materials for key meetings.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven PA or EA experience supporting a senior leader.
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
* Strong written communication — clear, polished and confident.
* Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before theyre asked.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital workplace tools.
* A genuine interest in people, culture and hospitality.
Nice to Have
* Experience in a hospitality or multi-site environment.
* Familiarity with HRIS or people management platforms.
* Background supporting an HR or People function.
