We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead our campaign activity and guide a talented team to success.
This is not a desk‑bound role — it’s high‑energy, hands‑on and people‑focused. You’ll plan and deliver campaigns that inspire teams on the ground and ensure every project achieves measurable results while leaving a lasting impression.
If you thrive on turning ideas into action and flourish in fast‑paced collaborative environments you’ll feel right at home.

* Oversee campaign budgets, targets and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
* Work closely with senior leadership to align campaigns with broader business goals.
Campaign Delivery
* Manage large‑scale activations, product launches and promotional events across the UK.
* Collaborate with clients, venues and partners to bring campaigns to life.
* Ensure every campaign is on‑brand, customer‑focused and results‑driven.
* Lead from the front — energising teams, building momentum and creating impact on‑site.

* Coach and develop your team to grow skills and confidence.
* Foster a positive, creative and collaborative working environment.
* Recognise achievements and encourage continuous improvement.
Performance & Results
* Track outcomes, measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
* Report insights and results to senior stakeholders.

* 5 years experience in campaign, event or brand management.
* Confident leader with a track record of motivating teams.
* Natural communicator who can engage, influence and inspire.
* Exceptionally organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Energetic, hands‑on and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
* Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering real results.
* Based within commutable distance to Liverpool (on‑site role).
