Job Title: Risk Analyst Company: Notting Hill Genesis Location: Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London N1 9FL Contract Length: 3 months (21 July – 12 October 2025) Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) Pay Rate: £31.33 Umbrella / £23.69 PAYE Role Summary: As a Risk Analyst within the Enterprise Risk Management Team, you’ll play a key role in embedding risk processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Assurance, you will analyse and mitigate risks across financial, operational, and strategic areas. This is a hands-on role requiring data expertise and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure risk frameworks are understood and applied consistently. Key Responsibilities: Risk Management & Analysis: Identify, assess and analyse risks to organisational objectives Evaluate internal processes, market trends, and regulatory changes Support development of effective mitigation strategies Monitoring & Reporting: Build and maintain risk dashboards Report on risk exposure and mitigation efforts to senior leadership Monitor key risk indicators and emerging threats Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with Finance, Operations, Compliance and others to embed ERM practices Assist with policy updates and regulatory alignment Promote a risk-aware culture across business units Data & Technical Support: Use Excel and relevant software to conduct detailed risk analysis Develop dynamic and adaptive reporting mechanisms Analyse large datasets to detect patterns and potential threats Person Specification: Essential: Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management principles Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication Skilled at engaging and influencing diverse internal stakeholders Strategic and analytical thinker with attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines Desirable: Certification in risk management Experience in a housing, public sector or regulatory environment Values-led Behaviours: Compassionate, inclusive, dependable, empowered, progressive
