Time to care. Time to make a difference. Time to elevate our strategic income.
This role sits at the heart of our high-value fundraising strategy - shaping major donor growth, leading corporate partnerships, and driving trusts and foundations income that fuels hospice care across Lincolnshire.
You’ll be the senior operational lead for all high-value giving, working closely with our Director of Income Generation and Head of Income & Engagement to convert opportunity into sustainable, multi-year revenue.
This is a relationship-centric, insight-driven leadership role for someone who knows how to blend strategy, stewardship, and commercial acumen in a fast-evolving charity landscape.
What You’ll Drive.
You’ll lead our philanthropy and partnerships agenda across three critical verticals - major donors, corporate partnerships, and trusts & foundations - ensuring a unified, intelligent, and high-performing approach to income growth.
You’ll manage a portfolio of senior-level relationships, oversee the Trusts & Grants Officer, and coordinate CEO/Exec/Trustee involvement in high-value cultivation.
This role has full accountability for pipeline development, income forecasting, strategic prospecting, and delivering compelling funding propositions.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, influence and relationship leadership — welcome home.
