Your Role
As a Paint Technician at our Swindon site, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. You'll be working with the latest refinishing technology to ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop looking as good as new.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing high-quality paintwork and refinishing repairs using modern tools and techniques
Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
Mixing and applying paints to match manufacturer finishes
Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with health and safety regulations
Collaborating closely with technicians, estimators, and workshop staff for smooth repair processes
Completing job cards and documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician in a professional bodyshop environment
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality
ATA or IMI accreditation is beneficial but not essential – we’ll support your development
