About the Role
Store Manager – Gran Sport de Xalapa, Kingston North
Salary: £40,376 per annum (OTE £44,413) plus benefits
Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 of 7 days, covering opening and closing times.

Responsibilities
* Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising store performance
* Identifying the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
* Creating a working environment where people are happy to come to work
* Full ownership of store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times
* Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve performance
* Accountable for all aspects of store operations, including cleanliness, health and safety, security and administration
* Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store and team
