I am currently working in partnership with a large, well-regarded primary academy in Blackpool to recruit a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher for a September start.

Your new role
You will take responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
7. Planning and delivering creative, high-quality EYFS lessons
8. Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
9. Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
10. Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
11. Developing strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
12. Contributing to the wider schoolmunity and ethos
What you'll need to succeed
13. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
14. Experience teaching within Early Years (Reception experience desirable)
15. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
16. Passion for early years education and child development
17. Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
18. A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
