Responsibilities
* Manage all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account
* Prepare CVRs, valuations, and cost reports across multiple live projects
* Oversee subcontractor packages and payment approvals
* Liaise closely with project delivery teams to maintain cost control and programme alignment
* Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning where needed
What they're looking for
* 5-10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
* Confident managing projects independently and reporting commercially to senior management
* Experience in residential, façade, or education projects is ideal
* Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Package
* £85,000-£90,000 salary
* Bonus scheme taking total package to c.£110,000
