As Sales Director you’ll be responsible for a sizeable commercial team and for setting the strategic direction for our Retail channel, with accountability for a significant P&L across our Major Domestic Appliance business (Candy, Hoover, Haier). You’ll own the commercial direction, collaborating with the wider business and key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the successful strategic deployment of the business plan and the delivery of commercial objectives. Supporting the Retail Sales team, you’ll develop a high‑performing culture focused on business delivery and excellent retailer relationships.

With experience of working in a Senior Account, Channel or Sales Director role previously, you’ll have worked with key retailers at a leadership level. You’ll possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence teams across the business to create strategic alignment. With a proven track record in team development, you’ll be able to set direction, coach, motivate, support, develop and engage, sharing your vision. You’ll need to have worked in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment (Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Retail) and have experience with both online and high‑street retailers such as Currys, AO, Very, Argos, John Lewis and Amazon.
You’ll be based at our fantastic Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
