Hayward Precision Grp Mouldings – GRP Laminator

Hayward Precision Grp Mouldings are looking for a self-motivated GRP laminator to join our experienced and friendly team. You will be producing bespoke and engineered GRP mouldings for most industries, including Defence, Medical, Construction, Leisure and more. The work we take on is very diverse and always interesting.

Your responsibilities

* Be self-motivated, work alone or as part of a team.
* Clean/wax/prep moulds for layup.
* Apply gel coat and laminate to a high standard.
* Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe workplace.


Successful candidate

* Excellent work ethic, pride in your work, and punctuality.
* Desire to learn and develop as part of a team.
* At least 10+ years experience in hand-lay GRP laminating.
* Ability to produce GRP mouldings to a high standard.
