Admin Officer - Birmingham
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.53 per hour
Temporary assignment with potential to extend - currently on the system until December 2026

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting an Administrator to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Birmingham - B4 6DS
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
2. Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
3. Post opening and dispatch.
4. Standard letters and correspondence, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions.
5. Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.
6. Telephone calls
7. Adhoc admin - photocopying, scanning, filing
8. Clerking - face to face customer service
What We're Looking For:
9. Strong communication skills
10. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
11. A flexible and reliable approach to work
Important: This role requires a DBS check and three years of references.
