Talent Frame have partnered exclusively with this top 10 ranked US Law firm, as they look to appoint a PR Specialist (EMEA) to their London team. You'll be based in their Central London office 3 days per week.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with the PR Manager and Senior PR Manager to help shape and position the firm as a leader across their core practice areas and priority regions. The PR Specialist will drive strategic media relations activity, craft thought leadership and profile campaigns and draft a wide range of content.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute firm wide PR strategies and campaigns plans
* Build relationships with the media and secure opportunities across national, business and legal press
* Draft content, from press releases and briefing notes to corporate announcements and thought leadership articles
* Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm - leadership, heads of practice, fee earners and professional staff - and provide counsel for all media opportunities
* Proactively spot opportunities for lawyers and partners to position them as thought leaders in their field
* Coordinate with external agencies across London, France, Germany and the US
* Monitor media coverage and compile analytic reports to assess campaign effectiveness
* Support with crisis and reputation communications
Experience required
* A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a corporate PR or Communications role, within a legal or professional services environment - in house or agency side
* Impeccable writing skills, comfortable drafting a wide range of compelling content
* Confident dealing with senior level stakeholders and building trusted relationships
* Excellent knowledge of the UK media landscape across national, business and legal titles
* A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment
