Contract Lift Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Contract Lift Co-Ordinator to support the Contract Lift Team with water projects and other hire centre activities by providing effective co-ordination and planning, organising schedules and ensuring the appropriate paperwork is available for the visits and follow up meetings.

Responsibilities

1. Organising of TM’s (Technical Manager’s) diaries and planning their schedules
2. Assist the departments with ad hoc projects.
3. Deal with enquiries efficiently.
4. Liaise with customers in a professional manner.
5. Maintain a sound knowledge of the company’s products and services.
6. Liaise with Depots to gather information for site visits.
7. Ensure reports to depots are accurate and on time.
8. Continually seek to improve the way in which the role operates within the business to achieve its objectives.
9. Undertake other duties that management may reasonably request.
10. Follow up with customers to ascertain they have the correct information and to take the booking/project.
11. Supporting the planning of the contract lift team meetings with customers.
12. Ensure the planning is efficient and cost/time effective
13. Monitor CLM’s productivity and KPI performance.

Knowledge & Experience·

14. Rental experience desirable
15. Geographical knowledge of the UK especially the South and London
16. Good transport / logistics knowledge
17. Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time
18. critical service environment
19. Knowledge of health and safety legislation
20. IT literate – comfortable using systems
21. Ability to influence and persuade and have flexibility
22. Good time management skills
23. Able to able to communicate at all levels, both in verbal & written form.
