Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support their planning and administration team. You will provide leadership and guidance to a small team
As a Business Support Team Manager your duties will include;
* Ensure consistent and organized administrative practices across all activities.
* Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and service excellence.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and training
* Promote cross-training to strengthen team flexibility and business continuity.
* Ensure all targets are consistently achieved, including: SLA’s
* Maintain strong compliance with internal processes, system housekeeping, and control frameworks.
* Analyse KPI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
* Take a hands-on approach to resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination, actively supporting the teams during high-demand periods.
* Work closely with other managers to ensure seamless collaboration between departments
* Engage regularly with other managers to align on objectives, processes, and compliance requirements.
