Job responsibilities
Key Duties include:

* Implement and embed health promotion and wellbeing programmes
* Prioritise health issues and intervene appropriately
* Support the team in dealing with clinical emergencies
* Implement vaccination programmes for adults and children
* Ensure compliance with the practice chaperone policy
* Participate in clinical audits
* Implement nursing protocols in conjunction with the Nursing Team
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
* Recognised qualifications to diploma level or above
* Non-Medical prescriber
Experience
* Working in a primary care environment
* Working autonomously
* Knowledge of chaperone procedure
* Broad knowledge of clinical governance
* Ability to record accurate clinical notes
* Working as a practice nurse in a GP surgery
