Quality & Governance Administrative Support Officer
Band 4; 37.5 hours – Permanent. An experienced administrator will support the Trust’s quality, governance and assurance agenda.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for key senior level meetings and projects for the Quality and Governance teams.
* Minutes taking, management of papers and actions for Governance Committee meetings.
* Analyse and input data into local and national databases; maintain local databases.
* Collate information responses for third‑party organisations; prepare key governance documents.
* Direct support to Governance Leads.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills; confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
* Professional attitude; resilient, adaptable and flexible.
* Relevant experience as an administrator in a healthcare or governance environment preferred.
