Administration Support Worker
The Administration Support Worker will be based in one of a number of settings and will provide a full range of administrative support to a locality or team(s). A degree of flexibility will be required, to meet the demands of the service.
There may be considerable contact with customers, families and carers who will have varying degrees of need to which the postholder will be required to respond as appropriate.
The Administration Support Worker will report to the Manager of the relevant service or team.
Responsibilities
The Administration Support Worker will provide administrative support to the locality or team(s), responding to customers, families and carers as required, and reporting to the service manager.
Qualifications
* Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undertake a Level 2 Disclosure check prior to a formal offer of employment being made.

* The grade of this post is G.
* Salary shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £2,997 per annum (pro rata).
* Temporary full‑time post for 37.0 hours per week, 52.18 weeks per year.
* Temporary contract for a period of approximately 6 months. This is for the duration of a period of maternity leave and will terminate following the return to work or resignation of the postholder.
* A relocation package does not apply to this post.
