Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with the leading advertising company based in the Derby area. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY : FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS MUST WORK 7 HOURS START TIME FROM 8AM-10AM.

HYBRID WORKING AFTER TRAINING PERIOD

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Duties of an Account Manager:

- Manage a portfolio of key Advertising clients, providing them with superior support and communication over email, skype and phone
- Understanding and working closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Thinking innovatively to increasing traffic volumes to existing campaigns
- Manage Advertiser budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Lead regular calls with your Advertisers to build verbal relationships and attend face to face meetings
- Using business development skills to source and convert new clients
- Assist with contract negotiations
- Confirming lead volumes each month and ensuring all invoices are sent correctly and in a timely manner
- Analysing data on both a CRM and on Excel sheets
- Representing Monetise at UK and global trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam.
- To enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation

Previous Experience and requirements:

- Previous experience in an Account Management role would be advantageous
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
- GCSE old Grade B in maths or higher (new Grade 6)
- Proactive thinker and strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Experience in working towards tight deadlines
- Innovative thinker to assist with company growth
- Preferably one years' experience in a customer facing/sales role
- Strong analytical focus and ability to review data
