Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager and Customer Support role based in Cambridge, ON, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer support, building strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating cross-functional teams, handling client onboarding processes, managing service-related issues, and identifying opportunities for improving customer experience and product usage.
Qualifications
Experience in account management and customer relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Proficiency in digital tools and customer service platforms is highly desirable.
Organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring effective handling of multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with sustainability, energy efficiency, or building management sectors is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, environmental science, or a related field (preferred).
