Role Summary
We are looking for a full‑time, dedicated periodontist to join a highly respected specialist practice in Canberra, Australia. The role involves providing comprehensive periodontal care to a loyal patient base, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of hygienists and other dental specialists.
Responsibilities and Key Duties
* Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
* Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
* Forge strong relationships with patients and team members.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of dental best practice.
* Maintain patient records.
* Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases.
* Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening and dental implants.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Provide preventative treatment and education on maintaining optimal oral health.
* Resolve gum issues and other periodontal concerns.
Benefits and Compensation
* Competitive salary between AUD$190,000 and AUD$360,000 with 40% commission on monthly sales revenue.
