Senior AI Product Manager - Healthtech scale-up
Salt are working with one of Europe's fastest‑growing digital health scale‑ups, looking a Senior PM to join its mission of making personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone. With over a million people already supported across Europe, this organisation is building the next generation of AI‑powered tools that help users develop healthier habits for life.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a high‑impact squad responsible for one of their core product pillars that sit at the heart of a proprietary behavioural‑change engine:
Tracking, Insights & AI
Create intuitive, effortless logging experiences for food and activity. Use AI to deliver personalised feedback, insights, and suggestions that help users make measurable progress.
Long‑Term Habits & Motivation
Collaborate with clinical and behaviour change experts to design personalised plans, rewards, nudges, and habit‑building experiences that keep users engaged over the long term.
You will build mobile experiences that support real-world behaviour change—not just shipping features, but driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
What you'll do
Drive strategy by analysing where patients struggle and designing solutions. Lead your own discovery research. Partner with engineers on modern mobile features. Translate complex clinical rules into clear product requirements. Own engagement, retention, and NPS targets end-to-end.
What you'll bring
Deep experience in product management, working on AI native products within mobile-first, consumer-facing businesses. A proven record of moving KPIs, not just shipping features. Strong data instincts: A/B testing, measurement frameworks, analytics from scratch. The ability to thrive in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information. AI literacy and a genuine curiosity about where the technology is extremely important as you look to leverage these technologies to better engage users and enhance their day to day lives.
Bonus points for: digital health or behavioural science experience, gamification, community product features, or German language skills.
The role is remote from the UK, Germany or Switzerland and pays up to £100k/€100k on base salary. (Some flex might be provided for candidates that meet more senior levelling).
