HR Advisor, East Belfast 12-month contract £35,000 to £40,000 benefits To join a leading business at their Belfast facility on a 12-month contract basis to support their HR Manager across site-based HR activities. Joining a fast-paced team and delivering people centric, progressive and tailored HR solutions across all NI staff across office, production, technical & field-based teams as well as management across the business. Duties will include. HR support across employee lifecycle - attraction, recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance, development, retention and exits, maintaining accurate employee data throughout Employee relations support service to managers on the operation of relevant employee relations policies and procedures to include, but not limited to Absence Management, Discipline, Grievance, Dignity & Respect at Work Support and advice on policies and procedures to ensure consistent, equal and fair treatment of employees Recruitment & selection support What we are looking for 3rd level educated or CIPD level 3 HR generalist experience (i.e. 3 years in an HR role) Comfortable dealing with complex issues including Employee Relations and working to ensure effective service delivery For more information, please do not hesitate to call or contact Skills: Strong Generalist HR Experience Employee Relations Employee Lifecycle Experience.
