Technical Projects Manager | Permanent | Dual Site- Bristol, Elton | £56,000- £65,000
The Technical Projects Manager will be responsible for leading the identification, justification, planning, and delivery of multiple projects aligned with the group technical agenda. Projects will focus on establishing and continuously improving systems and processes that ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive product quality, cost efficiency, customer service expectations and negating obsolescence.
This role with ensure safety and compliance while supporting the Engineering team in shaping and delivering transformational technical projects across both sites.
Working closely with production, quality, and safety teams, the Technical Projects Manager will provide technical guidance, ensure alignment, and maintain clear project tracking to monitor progress, cost, and quality. They will also build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, helping deliver high-quality technical outcomes and supporting relevant certification requirements.
The Key Requirements
Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects within budget & schedule.
Practitioner of Lean / Six Sigma desirable
Experience in a Food & Beverage FMCG or similar manufacturing environment
Proven problem solving & change management skills
Operations, Engineering, or Technical background with solid understanding and experience of Operations Management
Experience in delivery of Continuous Improvement
