We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Planner on a temporary six-week contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go longer. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependant on experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling surveys, managing work orders, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams, maintaining compliance and health and safety standards, and demonstrating strong IT, organisational and analytical skills.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Monitoring and arranging any surveys as soon as they are required, ensuring diaries are booked 10 days ahead
2. Contacting customers ahead of survey dates to arrange appointments
3. Raise and manage work orders in systems for internal and subcontracted works
