We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photographer, Videographer & Social Media Manager to join our team! This role involves capturing high-quality visual content, managing our social media platforms, and enhancing our brand presence through compelling imagery and videos. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in various editing software. Responsibilities
* Produce professional photographs and videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
* Manage the organisation’s social media channels, creating engaging content to increase followers and engagement
* Edit photos using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other relevant programmes to ensure high-quality output
* Edit videos with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, ensuring seamless storytelling and visual appeal
* Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional materials
* Maintain an organised archive of visual content for easy access and future use
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to plan content schedules and campaigns
* Monitor social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and recommend improvements
* Stay updated on industry trends in photography, videography, and social media management to keep content fresh and innovative
Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and Capture One for photo editing
* Experience with Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere for video editing
* Strong background in photography with an eye for composition, lighting, colour correction, and retouching
* Knowledge of journalism principles to craft compelling narratives through visual content
* Excellent social media management skills across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
* Ability to develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
* Organised with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
