In this role, youll be a key player in our site operations, reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor.From raw materials and storage to production, dispatch, and housekeeping, youll be hands-on across every stage all while upholding the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.
What Youll Be Doing
This role is all about keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Youll take ownership of tasks that make a real impact, including:
* Achieving daily production targets and driving performance
* Recording and reporting quality data to maintain high standards
* Loading and unloading products from plant and vehicles with care
* Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the site evolve
