Emerging Futures CIC in Macclesfield is looking for a Senior Housing Support Worker to provide housing and recovery support to individuals facing complex challenges including substance misuse and homelessness.
The successful candidate will help residents move into suitable accommodation and support their recovery through tailored support plans. You will also lead the staff team and be responsible for important interventions in a supported housing environment.
This role requires flexibility, including evening and weekend work, as you will travel to various sites in the area.
