Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) | Bolton | Full Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Our client is a well‑established law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high‑quality legal services. They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing Department based in Bolton.


Are you the right person for the job?

* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent typing and IT skills (MS Office; experience with LEAP is advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Knowledge of legal terminology and conveyancing procedures (preferred)


What will your role look like?

* Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, appointments, and case files
* Liaising with clients and third parties to support smooth transactions
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Providing efficient administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
