Overview
Customer Service Advisors - 4 months Fixed Term positions (Nov 2025 - March 2026). 5 X Full Time Positions - 40hrs per week, £25,396.80 p.a. Roles operate on a 7 day, 6 weekly rotational pattern with a mix of rota days off and weekend work. Hours of operation are 8:45am–8:00pm Mon–Sat, and 10:45am–8:00pm Sun, with shifts set a week in advance. Overtime is offered as required.
ATG Entertainment is at the forefront of the live entertainment industry. You will work in our Contact Centre Team, delivering high standards of customer service and care. The role is office-based in the Contact Centre at The Yard, Gill Bridge Avenue, Sunderland.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to a diverse audience, both written (email) and verbal (calls).
* Understand and address customer needs as part of a friendly, passionate, and ambitious team with an ever-changing programme of events.
* Work within a busy contact centre environment and contribute to the team’s goals.
* Report to the Customer Service Team Leader and adhere to shift schedules and operational hours.
Qualifications / Skills
* Great teamwork skills.
* Excellent written communication for email correspondence and clear verbal communication for calls.
* A passion for delivering great customer service.
