Graduate Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

Role Overview
Your part‑time graduate role (40 hours per week, 4×10‑hour shifts Monday‑Saturday) will be split across our Thurlby and Market Deeping sites. You will be supported by a dedicated Vet GDP advisor, a Day Manager and an experienced nursing team, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience while working within your development stage.
Responsibilities
* Provide primary and specialist small animal care, including diagnostics and surgical support.
* Work 40 hours per week with a rota that shares Saturdays evenly across the veterinary team.
* Use fully digital X‑rays, endoscopy, ophthalmology and developing laparoscopic equipment.
* Participate in case reviews with mentors and manage patient diaries to avoid over‑booking.
* Contribute to our stand‑alone Cat Clinic and animal welfare initiatives.
