The Role * Provide clear, professional leadership to the care and nursing team. * Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements. * Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. * Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. * Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. About You * Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting. * NMC pin is preferred but not essential. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and elderly care best practice. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * A passion for delivering high-quality care and empowering your team.
