Junior Property Lawyer Are you an NQ Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing, ready to take the next step and start handling your own caseload? Due to continued growth and a steady flow of quality instructions, theyre now looking to appoint a junior fee earner to join their successful property team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to manage your own files (under supervision), while continuing to build on your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. What youll be doing: Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, with support and supervision as needed Working closely with senior fee earners and partners to ensure high levels of service and smooth progress of matters Handling all aspects of residential property work including preparing contracts, conducting searches, liaising with clients and third parties, and handling post-completion requirements Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures What were looking for: A recently qualified Solicitor (NQ1 PQE) or an experienced residential property Paralegal with fee-earning experience Confident handling conveyancing transactions (or significant parts of them) independently, or ready to transition to full case ownership with supervision A proactive, organised individual with strong client communication skills and an eye for detail A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in residential property law Location & Working Pattern: This is a full-time, office-based position in central Tunbridge Wells.
