Our client, a Legal 500 law firm in Guildford, is looking for a talented Senior Fee Earner to join their Residential Property team. As a fee earner in this role, you will handle a diverse range of residential property matters from start to finish, working closely with clients to deliver outstanding service and ensure smooth, timely completion of their transactions. What we're looking for: Experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5 years' PQE specialising in residential property. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions efficiently. Background in team leadership or mentoring, with a supportive and inclusive approach to guiding colleagues. Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, including title review and legal drafting. Strong interpersonal and client communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Exceptional attention to detail and well-developed organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure. Familiarity with case management software is advantageous.
