An exciting opportunity has arisen, working with an established, Independent Recruitment Agency with an excellent reputation in the marketplace.
We’re looking for a Recruitment consultant to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd in Norwich.
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:00.
Essential / Preferred Experience:
1. You must be happy working in a target driven environment.
2. Business Development skills
3. Worked within a sales driven environment
4. Extensive experience managing customers and accounts.
Duties include (but not limited to):
5. Onboarding new clients, chasing leads and keeping regular contact with potential, new and existing clients
6. Communicating with candidates seeking their next opportunity
7. Communication with candidates, clients and colleagues via email and telephone
8. Creating and positing job adverts across major UK job boards
9. Scheduling interviews
10. Screening candidates, ensuring all information is gained, before submitting to clients for review
11. Maintain longstanding customer relationships/account management – this needs to be high on your agenda

13. You need to enjoy working within a fast-paced environment doing a 360 role
14. Organised, punctual with the ability to prioritise your workload
