Salary: £42,000 - £53,000 per annum (DOE)

Overview:
Compass Associates are proud to partner with a brand new private residential addiction recovery service launching in North West London. This flagship centre, part of a pioneering model in modern addiction care, offers an immersive, non medical therapeutic programme for clients committed to long term recovery.
We’re looking for an inspiring and clinically experienced Therapy Lead to head up the therapeutic team from the ground up. You'll blend strategic oversight with hands on therapeutic delivery, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver truly person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a multi specialist therapy team.
* Deliver trauma informed group and individual therapy sessions
* Provide managerial supervision across the team
* Support service development, including treatment pathway design and programme evaluation
* Lead on safeguarding, client risk, and multidisciplinary reviews
* Contribute to a supportive, high-integrity working environment where clinicians thrive
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
* Accredited with BACP, BABCP or HCPC
* Experience in addiction recovery or mental health settings
* Prior leadership or therapy management experience
* Skilled in delivering both group and 1:1 therapy using evidence based, integrative approaches
* Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for inclusive, trauma informed, and ethical care
Desirable:
* Experience developing or launching therapy programmes
* Knowledge of non 12-step addiction recovery models
* Familiarity with harm-reduction, psychoeducation, or experiential therapy frameworks
