Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we dont do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

As a Business Management Graduate, youll get the opportunity to: Undertake cross-departmental projects within our head office functions, gaining exposure to different areas of the business
Support theFinance Teamin areas such as financial planning, budgeting and reporting
Get involved inHR projects, including recruitment, learning and development, and training initiatives
Contribute to day-to-day operations across departments such as Procurement, IT, and Commercial
Analyse business data and provide insights that help shape operational and strategic decisions
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Collaborate with teams across the business to understand how different functions contribute to infrastructure delivery
Attend meetings and workshops to develop your understanding of business strategy and stakeholder engagement
Youll be: Learning how a large infrastructure organisation operates across multiple departments
Developing core business skills in areas such as finance, HR, operations and project management
Building confidence in data analysis, reporting and communication
Supported by experienced professionals and mentors to help you grow into a future business leader
