22 September 2025We have an exciting opportunity fixe term opportunity in the Asda Service Centre (ASC) as a Master Data Management Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate onboarding of new suppliers and other AsdaYour RoleBusiness Partners will include factories and treasury partners. You will be updating and maintaining these accounts with the upmost accuracy whilst working at pace and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers supporting one of the UK's largest Accounts Payable Teams which is part of our Finance function.The function is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable, from supplier on-boarding right through to supplier payment, collaborating across all areas of the business and our supplier base with the role embodying a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.What you will be doing?
1. Accurate and timely processing of onboarding requests in multiple systems
2. Investigate and resolve internal and external queries within service levels
3. General housekeeping of the Accounts Payable Ledger through liaising with the wider Accounts Payable team
4. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the company financial control framework and policies
5. Assist with implementing new processes and procedures
6. Collaborate with colleagues across all areas of the business, building and maintaining good relationships, both internal and external
About You
7. Worked within a Finance role with experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger or focused on similar Financial Data admin is preferred
8. Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and comfortable using IT systems
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills
10. Exhibit attention to detail and strong organisational skills, to ensure we get it right first time and on time
11. Demonstrate a strong team and work ethic along with a customer-centric mind set
